A group of senior officials and thinkers from the Pacific get together in Suva, Fiji, to co-design a new and hopefully a game changing program valued around USD100 Million that was generously committed from the Bezos Earth Fund. The two main focus of this new program are 100% ocean management and food systems. SPC is leading this co-designing process and was supported by other regional organizations. Secretaries for MELAD Ms Saitofi Miika and MFMRD Mr Riibeta Abeta represented the voices of Kiribati in this meeting.
